Onsite Feasibility Fills of Your Drug Product

ApiJect has the capability in the ApiJect Technology Development Center to perform fills of your drug product in Blow-Fill-Seal for feasibility testing. This process will involve both filling your drug product in your BFS container, as well as overlay foil wrap.

Aluminum foil wrap is commonly used as a secondary packaging layer to both protect the drug product from UV rays as well as reduce vapor loss. Once pouched in foil, your drug product will be ready for stability testing. ApiJect is unable to provide stability testing, but our team can recommend commercial laboratories if you need one.
