Simplified Material Procurement

Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) prefilled drug delivery systems designed on the ApiJect Platform require only two primary materials: pharmaceutical-grade resins (LDPE and PP) and cannula.

Both materials can typically be sourced in all major markets.
BFS low-density polyethylene containers have very limited delamination issues.
Secondary packaging materials, are generally available in all major markets.
In case of localized supply concerns, Needle Hubs and resin can potentially be stockpiled at manufacturing faculties.
